USE OF COMMON AREA FACILITIES

Only residents are entitled to use the common area facilities. At least one resident of any residential unit must be 55 years of age, and no one under the age of 19 years may be a resident. When a tenant or other non-owner occupant takes resident status, the owner of the residential unit, who is a member of the Association, loses his/her rights to use the common area facilities. See our governing documents or call the General Manager before purchasing if you are not clear on the rules, statutes, policy and procedures that apply to this age-restricted community.
